Refund Policy

Refund window

If you have used less than 20% of the credit included in your plan, you can request a refund within 14 days of the charge. We refund the unused portion to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

Credit already spent on provider calls is passed through to the providers and cannot be refunded.

Renewals are refundable under the same 14-day window as long as the usage threshold has not been reached.

How to request

Email support@routerai.lol from the address on your account with the invoice number and we will confirm within two business days.
