Terms of Service

Using the service

Router AI provides an OpenAI-compatible routing layer over third-party model providers. You are responsible for the content you send, for the accounts you connect and for complying with each provider’s terms.

You must not use the service to violate the law, to infringe intellectual property, or to attack the platform or the providers behind it.

Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Usage is metered per request and drawn from the credit included in your plan; additional usage is billed at the model prices shown in the catalog.

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period.

Availability

Routing is built for high availability and failover, but the service depends on third-party providers and networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for provider outages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect.

Questions can be sent to support@routerai.lol.
